Delivery zones

We deliver to all 7 emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah) and to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).

Delivery times

• United Arab Emirates: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch;
• GCC countries: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Orders placed before 2 pm (Dubai time) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

Fees

• UAE: free delivery from 99 AED, 15 AED below;
• GCC: fees calculated at checkout depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes may apply.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email (and/or SMS) with your tracking number.

Damaged or lost parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at contact@valterra.store: we'll resend your order free of charge. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll resend it or refund you in full.
