How do I take the gummies?
Take 1 gummy twice a day, ideally in the morning and early afternoon. Simply chew it, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
How soon will I feel the effects?
Everyone is different. Most customers report feeling a difference after 2 to 4 weeks of regular use. We recommend a course of at least 2 months — which is why our Duo and Trio packs are the best value.
What are the free gifts?

From what age?
Shilajit Energy Gummies are for adults over 18. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Are there any side effects?
Our ingredients are natural and generally well tolerated. If you take medication (especially for thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure, anticoagulants or immunosuppressants) or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before starting.
How is it different from other supplements?
