We believe in the quality of our products. If Shilajit Energy Gummies aren't right for you, you have 30 days from receipt to request a refund.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies once per customer, on the first jar purchased, even if opened;
• For Duo and Trio packs, unopened jars can be returned and refunded; only one opened jar is refundable. Free gifts must be returned unused with the pack, otherwise their value is deducted from the refund;
• Accessories must be returned new, in their original packaging;
• For hygiene reasons, opened products do not need to be sent back.

How does it work?

1. Email us at contact@valterra.store with your order number and the reason for your request;
2. We'll reply within 48 business hours with return instructions if needed;
3. The refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Defective product or order error

If a product is damaged, defective or we made a mistake, we cover all costs and replace or refund it, at the Customer's choice.

Tabby or Tamara payments

For orders paid in instalments, the refund is sent to the provider, which adjusts or cancels your remaining instalments.
