Fatigue is one of the most common complaints in medical consultations. If it persists, talk to your doctor: it can have a medical cause (iron deficiency, thyroid…). But in most cases, a few everyday adjustments make a real difference.
1. Protect your sleep
Go to bed and get up at regular times, even at weekends. Switch off screens 30 to 60 minutes before sleep and keep your bedroom cool and dark.
2. Get morning light
Ten to twenty minutes of natural light within an hour of waking helps set your body clock — and helps you sleep better at night.
3. Drink enough
Even mild dehydration can affect focus and mood. In the UAE heat, aim for at least 2 litres a day.
4. Move, even a little
Paradoxically, regular physical activity reduces fatigue. A brisk 20-minute walk is enough to make a difference.
5. Stabilise your blood sugar
Choose meals rich in protein, fibre and good fats. Limit fast sugars that cause energy spikes… and crashes.
6. Manage your stress
Breathing, meditation, walking, journaling: find your tool. Adaptogenic plants like ashwagandha can support the process.
7. Limit caffeine in the afternoon
Caffeine has a half-life of 5 to 6 hours. A 4 pm coffee can still disrupt your sleep at midnight. Our Shilajit Energy Gummies contain no caffeine.
