A food supplement works best when taken consistently. Here are our tips for making your Valterra gummies a habit.
When to take them?
- In the morning, with breakfast: to start the day right;
- Early afternoon: to avoid the dreaded 3 pm slump;
- Before training (30 to 60 minutes) if you're active.
Avoid taking them too late in the evening if you're sensitive to natural stimulants.
How long should a course last?
The effects of adaptogenic plants build up gradually. We recommend a course of at least 2 months, then an optional one- to two-week break. That's why our Duo and Trio packs are the best value.
5 tips so you never forget
- Put the jar next to your coffee machine;
- Slip a few gummies into your Valterra pill case for the office;
- Link it to an existing habit (brushing your teeth, your first glass of water);
- Set a phone reminder for the first two weeks;
- Rate your energy out of 10 each evening: you'll see the progress.
Hydration and sleep: your real allies
No supplement replaces 7 to 8 hours of sleep and 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day — even more so in the UAE climate. Your insulated bottle can help.
